Simply visit the Light Planet website, select the number of batten lights you want to add to the cart, go through the checkout process and pay. Alternatively, you can order through the phone by calling 1300 533 489 to order batten lights. If you have a Trade Account, one benefit is you can order without having to pay during checkout .
- To purchase batten lights, what payment options are available?
Both Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and we charge 0.00% interest. PayPal payments are also acceptable and later on, we will be accepting payment via AfterPay.
- How do I track my order for batten lights?
Our automated tracking platform is, at the moment, still in production. Therefore, all orders are able to be tracked through our internal inventory system. Give us a call at 1300 533 489 to check on your orders.

Definitely. You have up to 30 days to arrange to return any Light Planet product except if it’s a Fire Sale item. No hassle and no restocking fees. Please note that returned items must be in their original state. Any return must be done at your own cost. You can courier it, post it or simply drop it into our Port Melbourne distribution centre. Should you want to return your batten light, be sure to call us.
- What are your warranty policies for batten light orders?

- Is it possible to pick up my batten lights at your location?
Yes. You can come to our distribution warehouse in Port Melbourne, which is super accessible to the city and is right off the freeway. Pick up times are between 7:15 and 17:00, Mon-Fri.
- Do you offer same day deliveries for batten lights?
Yes, we do. For orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations that are received before 11.00 am, most goods can be sent off on the same day. For those in regional Victoria, orders take up to 24 hours for delivery if placed before 1pm the day prior.
For orders to New South Wales or South Australia, expect 1-3 days for your order to arrive. For any orders to NT, Queensland or Western Australia, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
