Light Planet takes both MasterCard and Visa payments with 0% interest charged. PayPal payments are also accepted. At the moment, AfterPay isn’t available but will be sometime in the future.

Yes, this is no problem. You have up to 30 days to return a Light Planet product, except in cases where it’s a Fire Sale item. No need to pay restocking fees. But please keep in mind that any return must be in its original state. Returns must also be done at your own cost. You’re allowed to courier, post or drop it into our Port Melbourne distribution centre. Give us a phone call if you decide to return your LED emergency light/s.

Yes, this can be done. Our distribution warehouse is in Port Melbourne, which is quite accessible to the city and just right off the freeway. Pick up times are from 7:15-17:00, every week from Monday to Friday.
This depends on your location. For all orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations received prior to 11:00am every day, we can get most goods out on that same day. If you are based in regional Victoria, orders generally take 24 hours for delivery if placed before 1pm on the day prior.
For orders to South Australia or New South Wales locations, these usually take 1-3 days to arrive. For orders to Queensland, Northern Territory or Western Australia, do allow up to 7 days for products to be delivered.
