Meanwhile, we offer both the 3w Recessed EMG Spitfire and 3w Surface EMG Spitfire, both of which emit 280 lumens and are designed with a 3-hour battery back up. Lastly, you can opt to purchase from Light Planet our JUNO LED Batten Lights, made to be extremely reliable and vandal-resistant, which can be bought with motion sensor accessories.
- How do I order LED emergency lights from Light Planet?
This can be easily done on the Light Planet website. Add an LED emergency light/s to your cart, proceed to checkout and make your payment. Alternatively, call 1300 533 489 and mention you wish to place an order for LED emergency light products. However, if you have a Trade Account, you will be able to order and checkout without payment.
- To purchase LED emergency lights, what payment options are available?
Light Planet takes both MasterCard and Visa payments with 0% interest charged. PayPal payments are also accepted. At the moment, AfterPay isn’t available but will be sometime in the future.
- Am I able to track my order for LED emergency lights?
Given that Light Planet’s automated tracking platform still is in production, orders for now can be tracked through our internal inventory system. Call us on 1300 533 489 so that you can check on your order.

- Can my order for LED emergency lights be returned?
Yes, this is no problem. You have up to 30 days to return a Light Planet product, except in cases where it’s a Fire Sale item. No need to pay restocking fees. But please keep in mind that any return must be in its original state. Returns must also be done at your own cost. You’re allowed to courier, post or drop it into our Port Melbourne distribution centre. Give us a phone call if you decide to return your LED emergency light/s.
- What are your warranty policies for LED emergency light orders?

- Can I pick up my LED emergency light order at your location?
Yes, this can be done. Our distribution warehouse is in Port Melbourne, which is quite accessible to the city and just right off the freeway. Pick up times are from 7:15-17:00, every week from Monday to Friday.
- Do you offer same day deliveries for LED emergency lights?
This depends on your location. For all orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations received prior to 11:00am every day, we can get most goods out on that same day. If you are based in regional Victoria, orders generally take 24 hours for delivery if placed before 1pm on the day prior.
For orders to South Australia or New South Wales locations, these usually take 1-3 days to arrive. For orders to Queensland, Northern Territory or Western Australia, do allow up to 7 days for products to be delivered.
