Most products include the option of quick-fix motion sensor accessories, and highly efficient LED chips which offer up to 140 lumens per watt.

- How do I order LED street lights from Light Planet?
You can do this directly over on the Light Planet site. Select a LED street light/s to add to your cart, go through the checkout and make the payment. Alternatively, call our telephone number 1300 533 489 and mention you wish to place an order for LED street lights. Remember that if you have a Trade Account, you’ll be able to order and checkout without payment.
- To purchase LED street lights, what payment options are available?
Both Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted with an interest of 0% charged. Paying via PayPal is also available. AfterPay isn’t available at the moment, but will be sometime in the future.
- Am I able to track my order for LED street lights?
Our automated tracking platform is presently still in production, so for now, orders can be tracked through our internal inventory system. You can call Light Planet at 1300 533 489 if you would like to get an update on your order.
- Can I order LED street lights on the website if I'm not a contractor?
Yes. We at Light Planet pride ourselves on providing reliable, quality LED street lights and other products at unbeatable pricings. In order to purchase any of our items, simply add a product to your cart, and from there follow the instructions for checkout. Feel free to give us a call for any clarification or enquiries.
- Can my order for LED street lights be returned?
Yes, this is not a problem. You have 30 days in total to return a Light Planet product, except if you purchased a Fire Sale item. There is no need to cover restocking fees. However, any product you return must be in its original state. Moreover, returns must be done at your own cost. You’re allowed to post, courier or simply drop the item into our Port Melbourne distribution centre. Call us if you decide that you want to return your LED street light.
- What are your warranty policies for LED street light orders?

- Can I pick up my LED street light order at your location?
Certainly. Our distribution warehouse is in Port Melbourne, and this location is easily accessible to the city, just right off the freeway. Pick up times are from 7:15-17:00, every week from Monday to Friday.
- Do you offer same day deliveries for LED street lights?
It depends. All orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations received before 11:00 am can be processed and set off on the same day, in general. For those living in regional Victoria, orders mainly take 24 hours to be delivered if placed before 1pm during the day prior.
For orders to New South Wales or South Australia areas, these usually take 1-3 days to arrive. For orders to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Queensland, please allow up to 7 days for deliveries.
