- What types of LEDMate work lights are available from Light Planet?
Light Planet offers a number of reliable, high-quality work lights that suit a variety of settings and environments. There is the Large Work Light which is powered at 20w, and the Mini Work Light at 10w. Both these types of work lights are designed with a long-lasting Li-ion battery, which requires only 3 hours for charging, and they are complete with a magnetic base, tilting body and a battery display screen.
Next, there is the Tall Work Light which is available in two different sizes: 1.4 metres (50w) and 1 metre (25w). Consisting of some of the top-notch quality LED componentry available in the market, these work lights are very simple to use and come with a secure, handy carry bag. Lastly, Light Planet offer a High Power Torch, with a built-in adjustable beam angle, USB charging point and battery display.

This can be done directly on the Light Planet site. Add a LEDMate work light/s to your cart, go through the checkout page and make your payment. Alternatively, call us at 1300 533 489 and state that you would like to place an order. Remember that if you have a Trade Account, you can go ahead with ordering and checking out without payment.
- To purchase LEDMate work lights, what payment options are available?
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments with 0% interest charged. PayPal payments are also available. AfterPay is not available yet but will be in the future.
- Am I able to track my order for LEDMate work lights?
As our automated tracking platform is still currently in production, presently orders can be tracked through our internal inventory system. Call Light Planet on 1300 533 489 so you could check on your order.

Yes, surely. You have a maximum of 30 days to return a Light Planet product, except in cases of purchasing a Fire Sale item. You need not worry about restocking fees. But please take note that any return must be in its original state. Returns must also be done at your own cost. You’re allowed to courier, post or simply drop it into our distribution centre in Port Melbourne. Call us if you decide you would like to return your items.
- What are your warranty policies for LEDMate work light orders?

- Can I pick up my LEDMate work light order at your location?
Yes, you can. Location of Light Planet’s distribution warehouse is in Port Melbourne, which is very accessible to the city and right off the freeway. Pick up times are from 7:15-17:00, from Mondays to Fridays.
- Do you offer same day deliveries for LEDMate work lights?
It depends. For orders made in Melbourne metropolitan locations received prior to 11:00 am, we can get most goods out on the same day. If you’re based in regional Victoria, orders mainly take 24 hours for delivery if placed before 1pm the day before.
For orders to South Australia or New South Wales areas, orders normally take 1-3 days to arrive. For orders to Queensland, Western Australia or Northern Territory addresses, you should allow up to 7 days for all deliveries.
