Light Planet accepts both MasterCard and Visa and we charge 0% interest. PayPal payments are also accepted. In the near future, payments via AfterPay will also be accepted.

Currently, our automated tracking platform is still in production. All orders from Light Planet can be tracked through our internal inventory system. Simply call us at 1300 533 489 so you can check on your order.

Absolutely. Light Planet prides itself on delivering quality canopy lights and lighting products at unbeatable prices. Should you wish to buy from us, simply add an item/s to your cart, and from there follow the checkout instructions and then pay using a credit card or PayPal. For any enquiries, give us a call.

Yes, this is not a problem. You have 30 days to return any Light Planet product except for Fire Sale items. No hassle and no restocking fees. Please note that any returns must be in their original state. Also, returns must be done at your own cost. You’re free to courier, post or simply drop it into our Port Melbourne distribution centre. Call us if you wish to return your canopy light.

Yes. For all orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations received prior to 11:00 am, we can get most goods out on that same day. If you are in regional Victoria, orders generally take 24 hours for delivery if placed prior to 1:00 pm the day before.

For orders to South Australia or New South Wales locations, they normally take 1-3 days to arrive. For any order to Western Australia, Queensland or Northern Territory, please allow up to 7 days for deliveries.
